About me

Hi! I´m Sarah and I´m a birth and postpartum doula in Madrid and surrounding areas.  I have been working and living in Spain for over 20 years. 
I have always been passionate about moms and babies.  After having my own child in a foreign country I became aware of how important a support system is and I realized how this one event will be forever remembered and engraved in the memories of mothers. I became a certified doula through International Doula Institute in 2019, and I want  to remind moms that they have a voice and a choice in their birth experience. I am fluent in Spanish and I can help you navigate the whole medical system here, accompanying you to doctors appointments and empowering you with information and resources. I want mothers to feel supported, secure, and educated, and I can give you the tools to have a healthy birth emotionally and physically.  Most importantly together with you and your birthing partner I can help you achieve a beautiful memory of such an important moment.
